Registered Nurse, Cardiac Medical Surgical, Full-Time, Days, Heart Hospital, Baptist Jacksonville

Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients, adult and geriatric alike, who require advanced care.
- Coordinate care provided by ancillary services, including patients and significant others (SO)/families in developing an individualized plan of care.
- Educate patients/SO/families to their disease process and plan of care.
- Serve as a patient advocate and responsible for providing care to patients requiring treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.
Requirements
This Cardiac Med/Surg RN position will be located at Baptist Jacksonville. The role requires a full-time dayshift position from 06:45 to 19:15 (3) shifts per week. RNs on this unit typically see a 6:1 ratio and are accountable for providing care to patients requiring advanced care.
Qualifications
- Current Florida RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
