Registered Nurse - Dialysis

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a vital member of a healthcare team caring for patients with kidney disease. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, assisting Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to deliver high-quality dialysis treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by performing physical assessments before and after treatments, monitoring during dialysis, and ensuring safety and comfort.
• Review and administer medications per physician orders.
• Contribute to care planning and support staffing requirements in compliance with regulations.
• Adhere to all policies, participate in staff meetings, and engage in continuing education.

Requirements

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Preferred experience in nursing and dialysis care.
• Strong teamwork, attention to safety, and compliance are essential.
