Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be vital to a cross-functional team, working under a Charge Nurse to supervise Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and deliver high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, including physical assessments and monitoring patients during procedures.
• Complete and document patient assessments, review medication profiles monthly, and administer medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure staffing requirements are met, adhering to regulations and policies.
• Follow all safety, quality, and legal guidelines, participating in meetings and continuing education.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• PREFERRED: one or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
