Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment by conducting physical assessments, monitoring patients during treatment, and documenting care activities.
• Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning, while maintaining appropriate staffing levels under supervision.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and quality care; participate in staff meetings and ongoing education.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Adherence to safety standards.
• Knowledge of renal care practices.
