About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a dialysis clinic, responsible for providing direct and indirect care to adult and geriatric ESRD patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans using the nursing process.
- Provide ongoing education to patients and families, involving them in care planning and documentation.
- Maintain communication with physicians, ancillary services, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Understand and apply government standards related to patient care.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and customer service.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure eligibility as a Registered Nurse in the state.
- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, walk, and sit for prolonged periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
