Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Collaborates with other departments to coordinate comprehensive patient care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Qualifications & Certifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active RN license in the state or a compact license. Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, and others based on department needs. Knowledge of unit-specific certifications may be necessary. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including reaching, kneeling, and twisting. Adept at delivering compassionate, efficient patient care in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Maintain patient confidentiality, uphold standards, and support organizational mission and values. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and promote high-quality care standards.
