About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care in home settings
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with Elara Caring’s mission
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current State License as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical care setting
- Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for patient care and excellence
- Reliable transportation to perform job tasks
