About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide essential dialysis care and support to patients with kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality dialysis treatments while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Conduct physical assessments before and after treatments and monitor patients throughout care.
- Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer prescribed medications.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Patient Care Technicians and Charge Nurses, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Support staffing needs to adhere to regulatory standards and maintain seamless operations.
- Follow policies, regulations, and laws to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay current with renal care practices.
Qualifications
- Current RN license.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Ability to follow detailed policies and procedures.
