About the Role

A Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential care for patients with kidney disease, working under supervision to ensure high-quality dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis care, including physical assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, document care, and review medication profiles monthly.
• Administer medications as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in staffing to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure safety and quality by following policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
