Registered Nurse - Diagnostic Testing

Position Overview: The Registered Nurse in the Heart and Lung Center provides critical patient care, demonstrating leadership, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities Assess patients, recognize adverse responses, and collaborate with physicians for testing and care planning.Ensure patient rights, privacy, comfort, and education during diagnostic procedures.Support departmental staff, foster teamwork, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.Administer stress tests (exercise and pharmacological), interpret rhythms, and coordinate testing schedules.Maintain equipment, documentation, and inventory, ensuring organized and efficient workflow.Coordinate with multiple departments, manage patient flow, and provide follow-up instructions. Qualifications 1-3 years related experience; BLS certification within 30 days; RN license for New Hampshire or valid compact license; Associate Degree in Nursing.
