About the Role

The Registered Nurse at Home Care is responsible for providing skilled nursing services and patient education in the home care setting. The Registered Nurse will conduct the initial assessment visit in the home to determine whether the patient is appropriate for admission to the Agency and will develop and implement the patient's plan of care in accordance with physician orders.

  • License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
  • CPR Certification required upon hire

Pay

$33.57 - $51.39 per hour, depending on experience

Regular scheduled weekly hours: 40
