Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents
  • Implement specific procedures and programs
  • Participate with the director of nursing and the ADON in establishing specific goals
  • Determine work procedures and expedite workflow
  • Ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures and Oklahoma Department of Health regulations and Federal Health Care Administration regulations
  • Communicate with and supervise appropriate personnel
  • Provide daily reports and other periodic reports
  • Perform all the duties of a certified nursing assistant and CMA when required

Requirements

  • Active State of Oklahoma RN License
  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  • Ability to work weekends & holidays
  • Frequent lifting & moving
  • Ability to lift, move, push, pull, & transfer 100 lbs with the physical capability to perform all job-related duties
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single day
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
  • Supportive and compassionate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Take pride in providing high-quality care
  • Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)

Pay

$34.00 Hourly

Schedule

5:45 am – 6:15 pm, 3 days a week, rotating days during the week with every other weekend
