Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Role: Registered Nurse, Oncology Location: Highland Park, IL (may float to nearby centers) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Pay Range: $41.86 - $64.88/hour based on experience Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to oncology patientsUtilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient careSupervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary careCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomesContribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences Qualifications & Skills: Current Illinois RN licensureAssociate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)Current CPR certificationMinimum of 1 year experience in Oncology Outpatient Infusion; ED, ICU, PACU experience preferred if no oncology backgroundStrong communication and teamwork skills Additional Information: Opportunities for professional growth, incentives, and benefits including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, retirement plans, paid time off, and wellness programsMay be required to float to other centers as neededFocus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment
