Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Part Time Nights

About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a clinical environment supported by shared governance and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using clinical standards and critical thinking.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involve patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate and document safe, high-quality care, fostering teamwork and inclusive communication.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice activities to enhance patient outcomes.
• Support professional development by mentoring, completing competency assessments, and adhering to organizational policies and standards.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource planning to optimize care delivery.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Five years of direct patient care experience.
• Current licensure as an RN with required certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to operate technology supporting clinical care and respond effectively in emergencies.
