Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - Part Time Nights

About the role

The Staff Nurse provides professional nursing care within a fast-paced, technically advanced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Supervise team members
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff
• Maintain a safe environment
• Administer medications and IVs accurately
• Promote professional growth and performance improvement

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN preferred
• Current license to practice nursing in Texas
• Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications as required
• Minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and care standards
• Ability to handle confidential information and work effectively in a team
