Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Part Time Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care using evidence-based practices.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Partner with patients and families, respecting cultural diversity and promoting shared decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in research activities.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to colleagues and students.
• Promote adherence to policies, standards, and safety protocols.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource planning.
• Uphold professional standards and participate in ongoing education.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure and required certifications (ACLS, BLS).
• Minimum of 5 years of direct nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, utilizing technology effectively.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
