Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Providing safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care independently for critical care patients
• Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Guiding and supervising unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Promoting safety and high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current IL nursing license
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum two years of recent acute care experience in critical care, including telemetry competence
• Ability to demonstrate telemetry skills within 14 days of hire

Pay
