About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process, coordinates individualized care, and partners with patients and families.
• Practices evidence-based standards and collaborates with team members.
• Participates in performance improvement, mentors staff, and promotes research and best practices.
• Plans for patient care across the continuum and supports resource efficiency.

Requirements

• Nursing diploma or BSN.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred experience in direct patient care.
