Registered Nurse - Critical Care - FT

About the role

Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. Act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and safety. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional competence.

• Document patient assessments, care delivered, and incidents accurately.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient flow and outcomes.
• Support professional growth through ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership activities.
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or diploma in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state).
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS required upon hire.
• Demonstrated strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, professional development, and delivering compassionate care.
