About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in a critical care environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Collaborates effectively with team members.
• Participates in performance improvement, research, and professional development.
• Supports protocols and resource management.
• Advocates for patient safety and system policies.
• Ensures safe, compassionate care and promotes continuous improvement.
• Serves as a preceptor/mentor.
• Upholds healthcare standards and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
• Valid nursing license (preferably BSN).
• Certifications including BLS and ACLS.
