Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care tailored to specific patient populations.
- Utilize specialized skills and unit-specific competencies.
- Supervise and coordinate care with CNA’s and assistive personnel, maintaining accountability.
- Rotate across different units, performing duties within demonstrated competencies.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Colorado or active multistate license.
- BLS certification; additional specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.) as required.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience in a specialty area.
