We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, qualifications, duties, benefits (VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package). Also includes EDRP info (Education Debt Reduction Program). Should we treat that as Benefits? It's a program. Could be part of Benefits or separate. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content. So we need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (basic requirements, preferred experience, grade determinations), Benefits (EDRP, VA total rewards package), Pay (maybe not explicit salary numbers, but they mention "Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards". That's pay info. So we can include Pay section with that content. Schedule: they have Work Schedule details: 12-hour Day/Night Rotation - rotating weekends and holidays, 72/80 Schedule Eligibility etc. So include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft sections:

About the role

with summary paragraph: includes EDRP eligibility note. Maybe also include EDRP details in Benefits? But we can include in About the role as part of summary. Better: About the role: summary paragraph. Responsibilities: list of major duties (bullet list). Qualifications: could have sub-sections? But we only have

headings, not nested. So we can put all qualifications content in one section with paragraphs and lists. We need to include Basic Requirements, Preferred Experience, Grade Determinations, Physical Requirements maybe. We can embed paragraphs and lists. Benefits: EDRP program details + VA Nurse Total Rewards package. Pay: Competitive salary etc. Schedule: Work schedule details. Let's extract details.
