Registered Nurse - Critical Care Float

About the role

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, performing, and evaluating nursing care to meet patient needs, promoting safety, patient satisfaction, and compassionate interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Provide direct care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostics, following policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in unit decision‑making, quality improvement, and safety initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and promote evidence‑based practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management (preferred).
• Experience in inpatient nursing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule

Work hours are from 7 pm to 7:30 am, including every other weekend and holiday.
