Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Role Overview: Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring complex assessments and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities Collects comprehensive patient data from patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop a holistic understanding of needs.Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses or conditions relevant to care.Collaborates with patients, families, and interprofessional teams to identify optimal outcomes.Develops and implements care plans using clinical judgment, promoting patient safety.Evaluates progress toward goals, ensuring quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.Maintains current knowledge, applies evidence-based practices, and communicates effectively with team members and patients.Works safely and performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.No prior experience required.Licenses/certifications include BLS, RN license, and advanced life support certifications (e.g., PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC) depending on the state. Physical & Professional Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and communication tasks; occasional patient lifting and driving; proficiency with vision, hearing, and smell required.
