Registered Nurse - Correctional - $1,812 per week

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care (RN) to inmate patients
- Accurately assess health conditions
- Implement treatment plans
- Perform comprehensive assessments and administer medications as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a correctional setting
- Utilize industry-standard skills such as triage and documentation to ensure inmate health and safety
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality care following compliance and safety protocols
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Must have experience working in correctional health settings
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in Corrections
- Qualified applicants MUST have a valid Virginia RN license
- Be willing to obtain state licensure if not already licensed in VA
Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
Pay Range: Discuss with Recruiter
Schedule: 12-hour days, 36-hours per week, Every other weekend, Holidays as needed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
