Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in the correctional setting
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• Willing to obtain SC licensure or compact licensure

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and modify plans based on patient responses
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including observations, treatments, and responses to care
• Supervise other nursing staff, such as LPNs or CNAs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a secure, structured environment—providing care that truly matters
