Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Willing to obtain State licensure
- Preferred: Experience with inmate care and security protocols
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inmate care, ensuring safety, security, and health standards are maintained
- Implement nursing care plans for inmate patients, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with security and medical teams to deliver high-quality care in a secure environment
- Utilize industry-specific skills such as inmate escort procedures and security measures to ensure effective treatment delivery
