Registered Nurse Coordinator - Radiation Oncology
About the role
The Registered Nurse Coordinator will provide cross-coverage at multiple locations within the Radiation Oncology team, including the Helen F. Graham Cancer Center, Newark, DE; Concord Health Center, Chadds Ford, PA; and the Hospital site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient care across multiple sites
- Provide coverage for high-volume patient visits at the main HFGCCRI location in Newark
- Assist with inpatient and HDR patient care at the Hospital site
- Support the coordination of care at the Concord Health Center
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Multistate RN license required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- BLS certification required
- OCN certification by the Oncology Nursing Society preferred
- Three or more years of combined clinical experience in oncology nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
- Completion of oncology-specific contact hours as required by Commission on Cancer standards
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Hourly pay range: $41.28 - $66.05. The actual salary offered will depend on individual qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Full-time, 80 hours biweekly, Day shift, no rotation, Flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., No holidays, Weekends-not typical but per department guidelines.
