Responsibilities

  • Clinical Leadership: Act as the primary resource for nursing staff, providing coaching, guidance, and real-time support.
  • Operations & Scheduling: Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Quality & Compliance: Lead chart audits, medication management, and ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Team Development: Spearhead onboarding and training, identifying skill gaps to help your team grow and succeed.
  • Direct Care: When necessary, perform duties as a Licensed Floor Nurse to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Current, unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience (behavioral health or residential treatment experience is a plus).
  • Previous leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HIPAA documentation standards.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
