Responsibilities

• Guide and support the nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• A license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• BLS/ACLS through the American Heart Association
• A strong knowledge of radiology procedures

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
