Registered Nurse Clinical Professional Development

The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational activities for nursing clinical areas, serving as a strategic consultant for performance initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing competency-based programs, collaborating with leaders and staff to identify educational needs, and utilizing tools to measure learning outcomes. Qualifications include active RN licensure, BLS certification within one month, and a diploma in nursing. Preferred candidates have at least three years of RN experience in an Adult ER, some experience in education (preceptor, supervisor, or charge RN), and a desire to teach. The position requires travel to Anderson at least once a week. Skills needed are strong collaboration, program development, evaluation, and clinical competency management.
