Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee competency-based programs
• Collaborate with leaders and staff to identify educational needs
• Utilize tools to measure learning outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN licensure
• BLS certification within one month
• Diploma in nursing
• Passion for education and professional development in a supportive, inclusive environment
• Travel to Anderson at least once a week

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of RN experience in an Adult ER
• Some experience in education (preceptor, supervisor, or charge RN)
• Desire to teach
