Preferred candidates have at least three years of RN experience in an Adult ER, some experience in education (preceptor, supervisor, or charge RN), and a desire to teach. The position requires travel to Anderson at least once a week. Skills needed are strong collaboration, program development, evaluation, and clinical competency management.
