Empower and mentor nursing and support teams through real-time education and guidance, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.

Optimize unit resources and staffing levels to maintain a seamless workflow, ensuring that both patients and clinicians have the tools they need for successful outcomes.

Resolve complex care challenges by acting as the primary advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns with empathy and professional judgment.

Shape team excellence by providing vital input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing, compassionate clinical department.

Responsibilities

  • Empower and mentor nursing and support teams through real-time education and guidance, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.
  • Optimize unit resources and staffing levels to maintain a seamless workflow, ensuring that both patients and clinicians have the tools they need for successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Education Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Preferences

  • 7AM-7:30PM, 3 shifts per week, about every 3rd weekend, about every other holiday
