How you'll make an impact in this role

• Direct and mentor nursing and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing shift environment
• Apply independent judgment to plan shift workflows, services, and patient care delivery
• Assess daily patient's needs to create balanced assignments that ensure clinical excellence and meet productivity standards
• Resolve patient care concerns and complaints promptly through established professional channels
• Ensure the team has immediate access to the essential supplies and resources needed for success

Minimum Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required
