About the role
Drive Clinical Excellence: Assess, plan, implement, and elevate educational activities across diverse nursing clinical areas, ensuring our teams are empowered to deliver world-class patient care.
Act as a Strategic Consultant: Partner with healthcare leadership to design, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted, competency-based programs that directly enhance clinical performance and delivery mechanisms.
Champion Lifelong Learning: Consult on the full lifecycle—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation—of Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs that uphold our organization-wide clinical standards.
Elevate Scope of Practice: Establish and manage performance and competency benchmarks for inter-professional programs, inspiring our clinical staff to practice to the absolute highest extent of their licensure.
Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Work Experience: Professional licensure at time of hire required.
Additional Preferences
- Labor and delivery and postpartum experience required.
- NRP instructor preferred.
