About the role
Join a dedicated team as a full-time, night shift Clinical Decision Med Surg Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering safe, coordinated patient care across diverse populations under the guidance of the Nurse Director/Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patient and family needs, developing and prioritizing care goals, and evaluating care plans
- Revising care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs
- Delegating tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Kansas RN licensure and associate’s degree in nursing
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU
- Oncology certification for post-surgery care
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Preferred: at least one year of recent healthcare experience
- Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Office
