Registered Nurse - Critical Care Unit

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team in a clinical environment. Responsibilities: Performs the nursing process using evidence-based practice, coordinates care, and partners with patients and families to ensure individualized, patient-centered care. Demonstrates teamwork, promotes performance improvement, and supports professional development by mentoring others and participating in research. Contributes to protocol development, adheres to organizational policies, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires a diploma or BSN from an accredited program, valid RN licensure (single-state or multi-state), and certifications in BLS and ACLS. Must have at least 5 years of direct patient care experience. Essential skills include strong communication, critical thinking, time management, proficiency with technology, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations.
