Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RN) - Med Surg

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide patient care, support clinical operations, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. You will coordinate care delivery by assigning, scheduling, delegating, and evaluating staff performance, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to solve system and unit-based issues. The role involves leadership duties such as acting as a resource for nursing personnel, facilitating staff meetings, monitoring staffing levels, and promoting unit efficiency. You will also assist in staff education, participate in policy development, and support process improvement activities.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan
• One to two years of progressive nursing experience with leadership potential
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
