Registered Nurse - Clinical Coordinator/Manager

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage staff development, performance, quality, fiscal, and information systems
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Foster customer relations
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop services and maintain quality standards
• Manage budget within cost centers
• Access and oversee patient health information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in acute or post-acute care
• Current California RN license
• DSD certification or ability to qualify within 30 days
• American Heart Association BLS certification (current at all times)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience and supervisory healthcare experience
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Skills

• MDS Certification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
