About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, manage, and provide patient care during hospital stays, coordinating with the healthcare team using a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, document findings, and evaluate patient needs.
• Develop and update individualized care plans incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and communicate care effectively.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions, ensuring safety and quality care.
• Provide specialized care for high-risk patients, including restraint and pain management, and address abuse concerns.
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful service, and maintain clear, effective communication with patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and research activities.
• Provide age-appropriate care, promote teamwork, and support professional development.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• A valid RN license in the state.
• BLS certification.
• The ability to work day shifts.
