About the role

The Registered Nurse assesses, manages, and provides comprehensive nursing care during a patient's hospital stay, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams using a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough patient assessments and develops individualized care plans.

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Ensures patient safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies.
• Delivers high-quality, compassionate service to patients and families.
• Educates patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Fosters interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid RN license in applicable states.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
