Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate nursing care by consistently following established clinical protocols and organizational safety standards.
• Manage and monitor individualized patient care plans, proactively tracking and communicating vital changes in patient conditions to the care team.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless, well‑aligned, and comprehensive care for every patient.
• Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, ensuring accurate treatment delivery and patient safety.
• Advocate for patients by assessing and coordinating their discharge planning needs early, ensuring a smooth and safe transition back to their communities.

Requirements

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Registered Nurse credentialed by the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional nursing experience.
• Preferred: Certification specializing in chemotherapy.
• Preferred: Prior experience in outpatient infusion and oncology.
