Registered Nurse Clinic Occupational Health and Wellness

About the role
Provide prevention, recognition, and treatment of occupational illnesses and injuries for StarPlus employees. Deliver nursing care in compliance with federal and state regulations and StarPlus health service policies and procedures. Perform clinical assessments, manage medical emergencies, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care or referrals. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records consistent with legal and company standards. Collaborate with safety, HR, and environmental teams to identify and mitigate workplace health risks. Work autonomously with minimal supervision, often serving as the primary on-site medical provider.
Schedule
Must be available for Day Shift, Night Shift, and Weekends. Shifts will be 12 hours.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date
- Valid state license specific to the state in which the associate works
- BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced RN with Occupational Health experience
