About the role
Provide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education.
Supervise and support nursing staff, manage scheduling, performance, and staff development.
Collaborate with providers and support staff to coordinate daily clinic operations and patient flow.
Assist with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and care plan implementation.
Ensure compliance with policies, HRSA, TJC, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- An active RN license in WA
- At least one year of RN experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
