About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor to lead clinical operations, support staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Coaching, mentoring, and training staff
- Managing workflow and coordinating patient schedules
- Providing direct patient care such as health assessments, medication administration, and assisting providers
Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
- An active RN license in OR and WA
- At least one year of RN experience
- Supervisory experience preferred

Requirements
- BCLS certification
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Reliable transportation for site coverage
Bilingual Skills
Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
