About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse Charge Supervisor to lead daily operations, support staff development, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentoring, training staff
• Managing performance
• Participating in recruitment
• Developing work plans
• Providing direct patient care
• Collecting health histories
• Administering treatments
• Documenting in EMR
• Assisting providers with diagnostics and procedures

Qualifications

• An Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Active RN license (WA & OR)
• At least one year of RN experience and supervisory background preferred

Skills
