Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate patient care delivery during assigned shifts
- Mentor and support staff development
- Coordinate unit resources and patient flow
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continual improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required within 3 years of hire
- Current RN licensure in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Leadership and coaching abilities
- Professional, ethical conduct and a passion for nursing and teamwork
- CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC per unit requirements (if not current, must be obtained within 6 months)
