Registered Nurse - Charge, MedSurg, FT Nights

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a supportive, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with care teams; monitor patient conditions; deliver safe care according to policies; document care activities; advocate for patients; participate in performance improvement initiatives; support shared governance; mentor fellow nurses; and uphold confidentiality and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills: Licenses and certifications including BLS and RN license (multi-state or single-state); preferred education includes Bachelors or Diploma in Nursing; demonstrated ability to maintain professional competence, contribute to a positive work environment, and support organizational goals. Additional Duties: Engage in professional growth, support quality initiatives, and promote the nursing profession. Ensure compliance with policies and standards, and participate in assigned tasks supporting organizational excellence.
