Registered Nurse - Charge, MedSurg, FT Nights

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care plans; monitor patient conditions; advocate for patients and communicate with families and care team members. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional competence, develop others, and support shared governance. Ensure documentation accuracy, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship and leadership. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred; active RN license (multi-state or single state); BLS certification required. Must maintain certifications, pursue professional growth, and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and strong communication skills.
