Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of this Registered Nurse Charge Nurse position is to lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, oversee patient care, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current Maryland RN license
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a forensic or intellectually disabled population
Desired or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Registered Nurse's and Licensed Practitioner Nurse's
- Experience working with the intellectually disabled population
- Experience working with a forensic population
