How you’ll make an impact

• Coordinate daily unit staffing, assign population‑appropriate patient loads, and provide active clinical leadership to ensure seamless workflow and quality care standards.
• Direct, educate, and supervise nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, contributing to hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of post‑anesthesia patient care, identifying and resolving operational or clinical barriers that impact patient outcomes.
• Address and manage patient care complaints or operational issues through established organizational protocols to maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and safety.

Minimum Requirements

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed by the Florida Board of Nursing prior to hire.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida; or credentialed from a State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi‑state “Compact State” recognition.
• Professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job‑specific experience.
